What an AI presence audit should include
Understand how to review AI answers using real customer questions, dated evidence, clear limitations and prioritised improvements for your business.

Start with the business and its market
Confirm services, branches, priority products, buyers and language before measurement. Public research prepares the profile; the business must confirm it. Questions should cover the agreed customer needs without inventing specialties.
Common questions with a defined scope
We use two to five common customer questions per AI service, with three by default. Market and language are agreed first. Additional languages require explicit scope. Repeating dozens of variations without a purpose does not make the assessment more useful.
Real answers and dated evidence
The panel covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Mode separately; Mistral Le Chat is optional. Each measured answer retains its question, text, service, date and language. An unavailable service remains unmeasured. Invented answers are never substituted.
Scores that can be understood
A score should disclose its criteria and the number of measured answers. Missing access is not a zero score. Only verified, comparable results are averaged; a limited visibility index does not describe overall business performance.
Turn a finding into a concrete improvement
The report identifies incorrect facts, missing content or links that make contact difficult. Each action states who performs it, what access it needs and how completion is checked. Corrections require approved facts and limited access, with a backup and subsequent review.
What to expect from the report
You receive findings, evidence-based competitive context, prioritised actions and a clear next step. An appendix retains the measured public questions and answers. Recommendations, rankings, enquiries and sales are never guaranteed. Ebronics remains in pre-launch, without active contracting or payments.
